Great location but disappointing amenities

Check in was easy, location and price were great, bed was comfortable

The shower liner was a little gross (mildewy), the hot water was very sensitive (scalding hot to cold quickly), one of the towels had a dried brown spot on it, the floor near the balcony door was kinda dirty, bathroom smelled musky The WiFi was a little weak

Great for a night in the city

The location was great, just one train stop from Tokyo station. Only 5 minute walk from Kanda station. Bedrooms on the small side but beds were very comfortable and the apartment was fine as a crash-pad. Fabulous restaurant downstairs and Seven Eleven close by.

Stairs only so difficult to carry luggage upstairs. No living area at all, bedrooms and kitchenette only. Late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am).

Great room but the establishment itself is lacking & facilities could be better taken care of.

Room was close to many eateries & convenience stores. It’s a short trek to 2 stations (Kanda & Itawamocho). I loved that there was a separate room for the kiddo & they decorated it according to the kiddo’s age. Great touch!

1. Had to lug luggage up to the 4th floor. 2. We’re thrilled to find they had a washing machine but then it konked out mid-cycle & the machine wasn’t fixed for the entire 4 days that we were there. (They had 2 machines & the other one wasn’t working either but filled with dirty water). 3. One night (in winter), we weren’t aware of the hot water capacity & when it ran out, it took forever to start up again (also difficulty in translating the Japanese on the appliance). 4. Was only given half a roll of toilet paper. 5. Sockets were lacking - u had to choose btwn plugging in your own device or the TV/kitchen appliances.

It smelt bad, we were on 4th floor no lift, my mum is 70, dirty floors and kitchen, no one picked rubbish uo.. hot water needed to have booster on all the time

Would stay again

Excellent location, easy process to collect the keys, TV in the room, really close to Kanda station, several shops nearby. The property met our expectations.

Noise coming from outside the appartment, from what I gather was an air con unit. You will have to walk up three flights of stairs, there is no lift in the building.

Would stay again

The process to collect the keys was simple and easy. We never met the manager of the property. Good location. There is a Family Mart nearby, and a restaurant downstairs. Kanda station just a 5-min walk down the road. Akihabara and Ameyoko shopping street within walking distance. The apartment was cosy, we had everything we needed (the only exception was a TV).

There was no TV in the appartment. Note that you will have to walk up three flights of stairs - there is no lift in the building. The fire alarm outside the appartment went off a couple of times due to somebody accidentally(?) pushing the button. While this was dealt with quickly it was rather disturbing.

Had to wait for 5 hours for check-in. Payment not received through credit card, the

Breakfast not applicable. Location is good.

Staff communication must be bilingual - English is mandatory for catering to International guests. Staff needs to be customer centric. There was no one who answered my phone calls to the customer service centre or to the manager's phone.

Good

The location was great. Having a proper sized fridge and seperate bedrooms was great for our family. Well catered for kids, including toys!

There wasn't a lounge area, which was difficult with a family, but still offers good value for money and would go back.

Double person room type , but the booking system shows three person available. Also the picture was shown the two beds in the room , please take a note “this is double room type”

This property is good if you are on a budget and you want to be close to Tokyo station.

The main bed was comfortable, the fridge was a good size and the location was one stop from Tokyo station and one stop from Akihabara Station. It was nice to have separate rooms for adults and children (which can be hard to come by in Tokyo).

This property does not meet the definition of a hotel - it is more an air bnb style apartment with self check in. The air con units didn't heat properly (the unit in the second bedroom didn't work at all, while the unit in the main bedroom would keep turning off and wouldn't heat up the room). The unit was very cold without heating (there is no heating in the kitchen area). Only one pillow in the main bedroom had a pillow cover. The photo of the bathroom and living make it appear bigger than it actually is.

Horrible communication but ok room. No recommendation for foreign travellers and heavy suitcases.

Very good location near Kanda station, especially for JR Pass users.

Very bad communication with the staff. They request to send a copy of the passport which I send three weeks before check in. At 00:15 o'clock of the check in day they got into contact about the missing copy. Resend the file and asked for feedback. Even with several messages there has been no feedback if it's possible to check in or any further check in details. No one at the reception, the whole room was filled with garbage bags, to solve the problem. Contact information at the door for whats app, line etc. weren't registered accounts. Feedback and support was only possible after contacting booking.com and asking if this might be a scam. Room itself was clean but there have been hairs in the beding. Also matress very hard. Refillable sanitary products (toilet paper etc.) very on low stock, no spare one in the room. After writing the staff (no one available at reception) it was brought to the wrong room. NO elevator but rooms on fifth floor, very narrow starcaise so it's hard to move around with bigger (and impossible with two suitcases). Floors and starcaise very dirty.
